In line with CRF’s theme for the year, we will address three aspects of performance improvement.
- Building a performance culture
- Connecting for high performance
- Accelerating individual performance
We have confirmed a number of international thought-provoking keynote speakers. Tim Miller, Director, Property, Research & Assurance at Standard Chartered Bank will be chairing the event. He will be joined by Marcus Alexander, Associate Professor of Strategic and International Management at London Business School; Pat Wright, Professor of Strategic Human Resources at Cornell University. Plus contributions from the following organisations: Logica, Lloyds Banking Group, GSK, Ford and the US Army.
We will take participants on a learning journey through Budapest where they will hear the stories that shaped the city, bringing these back to the conference for reflection on the key issues and how they relate to current organisational challenges.
As in Barcelona, we will foster a dynamic dialogue between delegates and speakers to optimise the depth of insight and sharing of experience.
