The conference will be devoted to performance improvement, in line with our theme for the year.
The conference facilitators will be:
- Marcus Alexander, Associate Professor of Strategic and International Management at London Business School
- Pat Wright, William J. Conaty GE Professor of Strategic Human Resources at Cornell University.
Marcus and Pat will also contribute by blending their research on the business environment and the essential HR components necessary to create high performance.
We will take participants on a learning journey through Budapest where they will hear the stories that shaped the city, bringing these back to the conference for reflection on the key issues and how they relate to current organisational challenges.
This year attendees will be able to choose sessions from three performance streams.
- Building a performance culture
- Connecting for high performance
- Accelerating individual performance
Each stream will be lead by a senior HR director and an OD expert, their role will be to facilitate the 3 sessions within each theme and add their experiences to the mix.
Individual sessions will include contributions from Logica, Lloyds Banking Group, GSK, the US Army (who scored highly at our 2009 conference) and other leading global organisations.
