Tim joined Standard Chartered Bank in May 2000 as Group Head of Human Resources, and was appointed a Director of the Bank in December 2004. He is also Chairman of Standard Chartered Korea; Vice-President, Organisation & Resourcing at the CIPD; and Chairman of the Governing Body at the School of Oriental and African Studies.
