Mairi is a director of CRF. She focuses primarily on member networking and recruitment, and business management.

Gill Grant

A director of CRF, Gill manages the Forum on a day-to-day basis. Her focus is on annual programme development and member liaison.

Mike Haffenden

Mike co-founded CRF, focuses mainly on the annual programme, contributes to events and leads member networking with senior practitioners.

Andrew Lambert

Andrew co-founded CRF, leads its research, designs workshops and advises members on policy issues.

Lynn Little

Lynn is CRF's Membership Co-ordinator and also provides administrative support.

Chris Ashton

Chris provides expertise in research, writing, editing and production for all CRF’s publications.

David North

Using his experience as an HR practitioner and consultant, David contributes to programme design and event co-ordination.

Graham Prentice

Graham brings a wealth of experience from his time with Nestlé Nutrition. Graham will work with CRF on a number of projects, including programme design and event delivery.
