A director of CRF, Gill manages the Forum on a day-to-day basis. Her focus is on annual programme development and member liaison.

Mike co-founded CRF, focuses mainly on the annual programme, contributes to events and leads member networking with senior practitioners.

Andrew co-founded CRF, leads its research, designs workshops and advises members on policy issues.
