Mike Haffenden
Mike co-founded CRF, focuses mainly on the annual programme, contributes to events and leads member networking with senior practitioners.
Mike is a founding partner of Strategic Dimensions and a director of the Performance and Reward Centre.
He was previously HR Director at Hewlett-Packard, and held senior HR positions at Unilever, Rowntree and Avon.
He also provides consultancy services at Board level and to HR functions on HR strategy and organisation development.
