Founded in 1959, Ashridge has built its reputation around tailored executive education, qualifications programmes, consulting, e-learning services, coaching, psychometric services and specialist centres. These are:

In addition, Ashridge has developed its Faculty Publications Database and the Virtual Learning Resource Centre (VLRC) which CRF members can access. Set up in 1999, the VLRC offers an online portfolio of learning guides, management pocketbooks, book reviews, economic trends reports, software guides, career development guides, Ashridge and other publications, and a database of business/management journals.

Apart from resource sharing and the VLRC, CRF has collaborated with Ashridge experts for events on organisation design, mergers and acquisitions, and talent management.
