Quick Survey into spend on development at the top

In response to requests from certain members and to support the strong focus in this year’s Events programme on executive development and performance management, we are conducting a quick online survey into members' annual spend on development interventions for individuals in the top 10% of the organisation.

To take part in the survey visit the CRF Community homepage, select the appropriate value range that reflects your organisation’s spend and click 'Submit'.

Participation is completely anonymous and we will share the results with you in next month's e-briefing and through this section of the website.

Coaching Article

Whilst researching for a presentation and looking hard at some of the current practices in the coaching world, I found it very useful to refer to the CRF publication on Managing Coaching in Organisations as this ratified internal research.

The content from my presentation at the Retail Week Conference was subsequently referred to in an article in Human Resources where I referenced the CRF material.

I thought it would be useful to share the article, particularily in light of the CRF meeting planned for October 2008.
