Downloading Documents:

If you are experiencing difficulties downloading documents from the Knowledge Base or an Event record there are several things you can do to resolve the problem:

  1. Ensure you are logged in to the site - the login panel on the right hand side of the screen should be displaying your name.

  2. If you are logged in, right click on the relevant file, select save and once saved open the relevant file through the appropriate application.

  3. If you are still unable to open a file consult your local IT team to check whether your corporate security settings are preventing you from downloading the file. Ask for CRF to be recognized as a trusted site. If your company's security settings can not be altered please contact us to discuss alternative arrangements.
