Improving access to our Knowledge Base
Our Knowledge Base, where you can find all our previous research and workshop reports – and much more – is a veritable treasure trove of insights into most aspects of HR and OD.
Yet we can tell, from the many requests we receive for advice about policy and practice, that member companies could make a great deal more use of this resource. Often the answer to your burning query, whether advising your CEO or devising your HR strategy, is already sitting there in CRF’s copious guidance material – or can be found in the Ashridge Virtual Learning Centre, to which you get free access as a CRF member.
Therefore, over coming weeks, we are planning to make some improvements to our Knowledge Base to speed up the process of looking for information. The first step will be to place all items in a subject area in chronological, not alphabetical order. After that, we will be sharpening system of key words, in order to aid searchability.
