It examines the history, theory and types of assessment methods available today, specifically for application in selection and development.
We reviewed a wide selection of different techniques, supported with case studies on their use by different employers including Centrica, the Foreign & Commonwealth Office and Legal and General.
Our objective is to provide answers to defined research questions, enabling us to make recommendations on the use of assessment methods for professionals working in the area.
