Overview
This Research Report was produced by Andrew Lambert in February 2006.
It was produced in response to the developments in, and the increasing use of, employee surveys as a key tool for evaluating an organisation's and management's performance.
With ten case studies and contributions from ten specialists in this field, we examine the reasons for conducting surveys, the survey process, methods of presenting and using the results, and options for managing the process.
Our objective is to identify leading practice in the use of employee surveys and to assess where the field is heading in the future.
