It examines the current state of, and future challenges for, learning strategy in major UK organisations.
The research included nine case studies, with further contributions from leading ‘thinkers' in the field and 11 other organisations who took part in an e-mail survey.
The theories of learning and their practical applications were examined by contributors resulting in seven key questions being identified for learning leaders to assess whether their learning strategy is aligned with business needs and delivers the results they want.
