The demands placed on leaders of tomorrow's organisations are liable to be intense, because of accelerated change and tougher operating conditions. Yet at the same time, there is a growing trend among talent to reject such highly pressured roles. How can organisations balance these tensions in planning how they nurture their future leaders?
Further, are Executive Education Departments and Business Schools equipped to guide leaders of the future? How much of yesterday's experience and knowledge is appropriate? What can providers do to ensure their relevance to next generation modes of thinking and operation?
