Mairi Bannon
Director

Mairi is a director of Corporate Research Forum and Performance and Reward Centre.

A graduate of Glasgow University, she has wide HR and board experience and has worked in several sectors across continental Europe including financial services, avionics, telecoms, consulting and media.

Mike Haffenden
Director

Mike is a co-founder of Corporate Research Forum and a director of Performance and Reward Centre.

He was previously HR Director at Hewlett-Packard, and held senior HR positions at Unilever, Rowntree and Avon. He also provides consultancy services at Board level and to HR functions.

Stuart Hetherington
Programme Director

Stuart is responsible for writing the CRF annual programme, conference materials and leading the spring symposium event.

Prior to joining CRF Stuart was Head of Corporate HR at National Power. He has managed major change programmes as well as succession and Employee Relations.

Richard Hargreaves
Commercial Director

Richard is the Commercial Director for Corporate Research Forum and Performance and Reward Centre with responsibility for both members and partners.

For the last 10 years Richard was the Sponsorship Director at the Economist Group managing the commercial partners on events and research.

Gillian Pillans
Researcher

Gillian authors CRF's research reports and event materials, contributing to the annual CRF programme.

Prior to CRF, Gillian worked as a senior HR practitioner and OD specialist for several global organisations.

Associate

Prior to joining CRF, Chris worked with several international publishers as a researcher, author and business journalist.

He specialises in reports, subscription magazines and newsletters covering the HR management, business and performance fields.

Lynn is CRF's Membership Co-ordinator and also provides administrative support.
