Athens - 2012
In Athens our theme was 'Creativity & Innovation'.
The world has become vastly different over recent years. Political, social, economic and competitive change has had significant effects on organisations, work, education, opportunity and prosperity.
In response, our conference addressed four key spheres: creative and innovative environments; creative and innovative organisations; creative and innovative people and building collaborative organisations.
Rome - 2011
In Rome we explored 'Leadership and Change – Past, Present and Future'.
The Roman Empire ruled much of the known world for over 600 years. In modern terms, this was achieved by creating a compelling, strong and often ruthless leadership, effective organisation design and a structural system of training and ‘career' management.
Budapest - 2010
In Budapest our theme was 'Performance through people – capability and context'.
This conference blended thought leadership, practical experience and challenging research, in a style and to a standard that is very different from conventional commercial conferences. We built on our on the experiences gained in Barcelona to create one of the most important HR learning and networking events of the year.
Barcelona - 2009
Our first international conference in 2009 was in Barcelona where we explored 'Leading the way in talent, change & performance'.
This conference blended research, thought leadership and practical examples giving attendees the opportunity to learn, network, reflect and enjoy.
