Two-Day Workshop
The world can be described as VUCA – Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and Ambiguous. This two-day workshop will unpick the leader capacities and key mental skills that are required to succeed in this environment, and explore what the latest brain science has to teach us about leadership development.
Timings: 9am to 4pm on both days
Use of Self to Effect Change – a Growth Point for Change Leaders
Overview
This will be an “experiential” event which will enable delegates to self-diagnose who they are and the impact they have on others.

The topics seem to centre on what web tools and social networking do or don’t offer to enhance the effectiveness of learning for a new generation of managers, leaders, skilled workers etc. – and the cost effectiveness of L&D spend.
