The paper, published by American Psychological Association, explores each of the traits and discusses a 12-item measure of the the 'Dark Triad' developed by the researchers.

CRF Learning Programme: Commercial Thinking for HR
This HR Development Programme focuses on business impact, what it means and how to achieve it, especially in HR. Focus will be placed on understanding financial metrics for those not based in financial jobs and to understand how value is created in organisations. It is aimed at HR Managers, HR Business Partners and functional HR specialists. The programme will help attendees appreciate what commercial acumen is, understand strategy and help HR professionals create value for their organisations.
