CRF Learning Programme: Becoming an Effective OD & Change Leader

About this programme

The advanced CRF Learning programme is designed to build the capability and confidence of senior HR, L&D and OD professionals to work effectively within their organisations, and to bring about more successful and sustainable change outcomes.

The programme has been designed on a cycle of learning process, and uses a variety of learning interventions to ensure that delegates develop throughout the programme and enhance the range of practice they can subsequently use.

Delivered by the internationally acclaimed OD scholar and practitioner Dr L. Mee-Yan Cheung-Judge, the programme will:

  • Explore key change methodologies and their applications.
  • Improve your ability to impact change initiatives.
  • Examine the 'living system' OD change approaches, culture and behaviour patterns in change management, as well as evaluation and measurement of complex change.
