The workshop examined in depth what is meant by resilience at individual and organisation levels – and why it is important. Dr Susan David discussed the place of emotion management in building resilience and why emotional effectiveness goes hand-in-hand with psychological resilience. She provided guidelines for achieving such congruence and for developing a resilient mindset.
