Senior OD & Change Framework Network Interest Group
In the summer of 2008 Roy Amyes from DWP contacted us to ask for support in forming a network group of OD Professionals with an interest in Organisational Change. DWP have developed an Organisational Design and Change Framework (please click on the link below to view) that will be used across government to develop OD capability.
The framework provides a way of configuring Structures, Processes, People Practices and Recognition/Reward to create an effective organisation that achieves business goals. Roy was keen to network with other organisations to benchmark the framework against what other organisations are doing in this area.
