The CRF L&D is a small intimate interest group who meet about 4 times a year.
The CRF L&D Interest Group meeting will take place 2nd February from 4.30-7.00 at the offices of Standard Chartered Bank, One Basinghall Avenue, London, EC2V 5DD.
The theme for this meeting will be future-proofing our talent management practices.
We are very fortunate to have Karen Ward as a guest contributor to our discussion. Karen leads the Strategic HR and Talent Management Practice at Ashridge Management College.
Karen will start our meeting with some thought provoking input based on her research and business experience. Karen will propose some alternate and collaborative interventions for identifying and managing emergent talent requirements to help our business leaders develop the mindsets and skills needed to achieve sustainable high performance.
