CRF Learning delivers a suite of development programmes aimed at enhancing the capability of the HR function and the individuals within it. The annual programme of learning is complemented by custom programmes that are designed to specifically meet the needs of your organisation. CRF Learning seeks not only to develop the individuals within HR, but to support the capability of the people function to deliver the organisational strategy. As such, our range of programmes deliver interventions across the spectrum of individual to organisational development, covering both the crucial capability development for now and the strategic dimension needed for tomorrow’s people challenges.

CRF Learning Programme: Becoming an Effective HRD
