William Pasmore is a Professor of Practice at Columbia University in New York. His specialty is change leadership. As an author/editor he has published over 30 books and numerous articles on the topic. During his career, he has been a professor, a full time consultant, a member of three executive teams, and even did a short stint as a CHRO. He leads his own firm, Advanced Change, which specialises in helping purpose-driven organisations transform to achieve their aspirational goals.
