CRF 2022 Programme

  • October 20, 2021

We are pleased to share CRF’s 2022 research and events programme with you.

The past two years have tested organisations and their HR functions in ways that few will have experienced before, and have shown us the critical role of HR in supporting agility and innovation. The themes of our 2022 programme address the challenges organisations continue to face and emphasise how HR can drive organisational performance in what will continue to be turbulent times.

Key topics for 2022 include HR’s role in enabling innovation and growth, driving change in organisations, developing talent and leadership capability in a hybrid working model, and how to harness technology and data to improve the effectiveness of people and learning strategies.

We also plan to return to Athens in October 2022 for our annual conference on the theme of Trading in the New Business Landscape.

CRF has continued to grow and innovate throughout 2021, developing hybrid models for events which allow both in-person and online attendees to have a rich and interactive learning experience. We have also introduced a new online learning suite, CRF On Demand, delivering the key elements of a curriculum for the HR community, successfully launched digital learning communities which enable peer exchange and learning, and extended the range of media through which members can interact with our research. We will continue to evolve and improve the member experience throughout 2022.

We hope you agree that this programme is exciting and topical. We are, as ever, interested in your comments and feedback. Whatever 2022 throws at us we remain the premier source of research and learning to support the development of the HR function.
