CRF 7th International Conference 2015: 5-7 October, Vienna – Key messages

In selecting The Meaning & Purpose of Work' as our theme for 2015, we sought to embrace the musical ambience and academic heritage of our host city and, using a full symphony orchestra as a metaphor for organisational life, mix presentation and discussion with orchestral interventions to demonstrate how we might create more meaningful workplaces.
