About CRF Learning
CRF Learning builds on Corporate Research Forum’s 20+ years of unparalleled experience in the research, discussion and practical application of contemporary topics arising from people strategy, learning and organisational development. CRF Learning delivers a suite of development programmes aimed at enhancing the capability of the HR function and the individuals within it.
The suite of open programmes engages specific HR communities with interactive sessions to improve their effectiveness in impacting organisational performance.

CRF Learning Programme: Commercial Thinking for HR
This HR Development Programme focuses on business impact, what it means and how to achieve it, especially in HR. Focus will be placed on understanding financial metrics for those not based in financial jobs and to understand how value is created in organisations. It is aimed at HR Managers, HR Business Partners and functional HR specialists. The programme will help attendees appreciate what commercial acumen is, understand strategy and help HR professionals create value for their organisations.
