Diversity & Business Performance – Post Meeting Review Notes
Diversity is increasingly a front page issue and is so for many organisations, especially those that are, from a UK perspective, FTSE 100, 250 and 350 constituents. Diversity is also complex – in terms of interpretation, scale, levels of interest, assumptions, stereotypes, priorities, paradoxes and levels of practices.
The workshop focused on research findings, the ‘dark and bright’ sides of diversity and a number of apposite case studies. Wanda Wallace concluded the session with five focus points for organisations.
