Global Transformation Diagnostic Survey – CRF Members

In preparation for their attendance to the our HR Leaders Peer Exchange meeting, hosted at IMD Business School, CRF member organisations were asked to complete a short survey to help them understand where their company stands in the transformation journey to being more competitive globally.

Through the work done with global companies, IMD has developed a map for global transformations that has seven key ‘quests’. These seven quests are the challenges that preoccupy global executives today.

The results of the survey are highlighted in this document.
