This Research Briefing examines in detail the issues surrounding leadership and leadership development. Particular focus is placed on the context shaping leadership development, the kind of leaders needed in the future, the new development focus and integrated leadership development. Expert views, important studies and case notes are provided, along with CRF’s leadership development checklist. Additionally this briefing has amalgamated the post meeting review notes from the November event.
