CRF Learning Programme: Commercial Thinking for HR
This HR Development Programme focuses on business impact, what it means and how to achieve it, especially in HR. Focus will be placed on understanding financial metrics for those not based in financial jobs and to understand how value is created in organisations. It is aimed at HR Managers, HR Business Partners and functional HR specialists. The programme will help attendees appreciate what commercial acumen is, understand strategy and help HR professionals create value for their organisations. The programme is lead by Doctor Rebecca Homkes, Teaching Fellow at London Business School and Nick Holley, Director of CRF Learning.
CRF Learning Programme: Becoming an Effective OD & Change Leader
The final HR Development Programme in 2017 is designed to build the capability and confidence of senior HR, L&D and OD professionals to work effectively withing their organisations, and to bring about more successful and sustainable change outcomes. It is aimed at HR, L&D and OD professionals with 5+ years' experience of supporting organisational change. The programme is lead by Dr L. Mee-Yan Cheung-Judge, a leading thinker in organisational change management field.

This presentation summarises the key themes and ideas from CRF's member meeting - 'Harnessing Innovation to Navigate a Bold but Uncertain Future', which was held in partnership with IMD Business School on 3rd and 4th April 2017. Our main speakers, Professor Bill Fisher and Howard Yu, explored innovation dynamics, speed of change and organisational implications whilst case studies from Sky, Steelcase and W.L. Gore explored innovative practices in their organisations.
CRF's upcoming programme is aimed at senior and experienced HR professionals, likely to be on high potential programmes, enabling this to be integrated into your own HR talent management programmes. With first module of the programme starting on 9 May 2017, the programme will share the insights of existing board level HRD’s and business leaders to create an individualised programme to develop capability in the areas attendees most require.
