Post Meeting Review Notes – Developing an Effective HR Strategy

Research reveals misgivings about how well HR thinks business, understands business strategy and aligns its work to that. This review summarises key findings of the related CRF research report and the research/experience of Cornell professor, Pat Wright. Case notes are provided from Logica, AB Sugar and Merck Serono. The implications for HR leadership are fully discussed.
