Post Meeting Review Notes – Developing & Broadening Specialists
This meeting built on the CRF report and featured four organisation experiences – Ernst & Young, GlaxoSmithKline, Rolls-Royce and Thomson Reuters. The case is stated for spending more time preparing specialists for leadership, along with the benefits, challenges and implications for HR and L&D functions. Practical guidelines are provided.
