Post Meeting Review Notes – Impact of Technology on Social Media & Learning
This meeting provided research evidence on how learning and technology/social media are changing, as well as the impacts that organisations have to anticipate and manage. The implications for L&D in terms of function, structure, roles and capabilities were discussed, with useful practices being shared by three organisations.
