Post Meeting Review Notes – Planning for Succession in Changing Times
This review summarises the findings of the linked research report on the purpose, nature and practical uses of succession planning. It provides case experiences from three organisations along with some of the practices members use. A model with four dimensions of succession planning is also featured.
