Led by renowned talent expert, Peter Cappelli, this two-day meeting examined in depth the collective uncertainties facing organisations and their impacts on talent management strategies, plans and actions. Two contrasting approaches described here were discussed in detail – Professor Cappelli’s talent-on-demand framework and CRF’s Differentiated TM model. Many recommendations and checklists are provided.
