Spreading Good Practice – A Structured Exchange

Organisations typically have opportunities to identify and transfer useful practices from both internal and external sources. They can range from major initiatives affecting most parts of an organisation to the simple sharing of ideas between a handful of like-minded people.

This review reveals how sharing best works, along with the obstacles. It also describes the change management model of Boehringer Ingelheim and the Screwfix approach to high potential development - both useful sources of good practices.
