Following CRF's HR Special Interest Groups meeting 'Strengths Based Development in 2014 - The Story So Far', Standard Chartered Bank has provided a glimpse into how their organisation utilises strengths based approach. The following document contains some of the basic pillars and guidelines on building a strengths-based organisation. Especially, HR's role in this process.
