Try Feedforward Instead of Feedback

Providing feedback has long been considered to be an essential skill for leaders. However, a fundamental problem with feedback is that all types of feedback, be it ‘downward feedback’ or ‘upward feedback’, focus on the past. This can make feedback limited and static. Explore the alternative ‘feedforward’ approach by reading this article.

CRF White Paper: Output from BT Coaching Forum - 6 December 2016

On 6 December 2016, Corporate Research Forum brought together approximately 100 internal coaching professionals from 20 organisations at BT’s headquarters in London. The purpose was to build on CRF’s 2014 research report "Coaching – Business Essential or Management Fad?", to share experiences of how different organisations are using coaching interventions to drive improved performance, and to discuss good practices around coaching in the organisational context. This white paper documents the presentations and discussions.
