What Do we Mean by Performance?

- Where is value created? What should we be working on? Where have we got most chance of improving performance?
The content of the presentation aims to help HR professionals understand some of the financial metrics used to evaluate the business and its performance, which in turn should help HR professionals understand and evaluate the contribution HR function is making to the success of the business.
