Your data is protected with enterprise-grade security. It’s encrypted in transit and at rest, will be stored in either Google or Microsoft servers, and processed only to answer your query and improve your organisation’s Simulation Tool experience, not to train public models.

The Simulation Tool does provide tailored feedback and coaching reports to help improve confidence and capability. These are available to the user but may be shared with line managers to enable monitoring of progression and build further customisation. Who within your organisation can see the reports will be pre-agreed before use of the Simulation Tool.
