Professor Edmondson teaches MBA and Executive Education courses in leadership, team effectiveness, and organizational learning, and a doctoral course in field research methods.

Professor of Business Psychology at University College London (UCL) and visiting Professor at Columbia University
Dr. Tomas Chamorro-Premuzic is an international authority in psychological profiling, talent management, and people analytics. He is the Chief Talent Scientist at ManpowerGroup, Professor of Business Psychology at University College London (UCL) and visiting Professor at Columbia University (New York).
Garry Ridge
President, Chief Executive Officer and Director, WD-40
As chief executive officer and a member of the board of directors of WD-40 Company, Garry Ridge is responsible for developing and implementing high-level strategies, all operations, and the oversight of all relationships and partnerships for the company. Garry is passionate about the learning and empowering organisational culture he has helped establish at the WD-40 Company, and his vision and leadership have positively impacted the WD-40 Company in both measurable and immeasurable ways. Garry joined WD-40 Company in 1987 and has held various management positions in the company, including executive vice president and chief operating officer, and vice president of international. He has worked directly with WD-40 Company in over 50 countries. In 1997, he was appointed president and chief executive officer of WD-40 Company.
Dr. Mee-Yan Cheung-Judge
Senior Fellow, Singapore Civil Service College, Duke University Executive
Dr. Mee-Yan Cheung-Judge is a Senior Fellow of Singapore Civil Service College, Duke University Exec. Programme and the NTL Institute, where she was Dean. Mee-Yan was a trustee on the Board of the ODN and founded the OD Network in Europe. The author of numerous articles, books and reports, she is also a member of the board of the Journal of OD Practitioner.
Dr. Marshall Goldsmith
Leadership Coach and Management Author
Dr. Marshall Goldsmith’s Ph.D. is from UCLA’s Anderson School of Management where he was the Distinguished Alumnus of the Year. He teaches executive education at Dartmouth’s Tuck School of Business. He is one of a select few executive advisors who has worked with over 150 major CEOs and their management teams. Marshall served on the Board of the Peter Drucker Foundation for ten years and has been a volunteer teacher for US Army Generals, Navy Admirals, Girl Scout executives and International and American Red Cross leaders – where he was a National Volunteer of the Year.
Amy Kates
Managing Partner, Kates Kesler Organization Consulting
Amy Kates is an organisation designer and managing partner at Kates Kesler Organization Consulting, based in New York City. She advises business leaders around the world and teaches programmes at the Executive School of Business, Denmark and Cornell University Executive Education. Her career began as a city planner and Urban Fellow following a Master’s degree from Cornell. She has written four books on the topic of organisation design with Greg Kesler and Jay Galbraith. Amy also serves as a Visiting Fellow to the government of Singapore.
Margaret Heffernan
Author, Broadcaster & Speaker
Margaret Heffernan produced prize-winning radio and television programmes for the BBC for ten years. She then ran media and software companies in the UK and the US. She is the author of five books, including Wilful Blindness (a finalist for The Financial Times Best Book award), A Bigger Prize (winner of the Threshold Prize) and Beyond Measure. Her TED talks have been seen by over eight million people. She mentors senior and chief executives, and writes for The Financial Times.
Michael Jacobides
Sir Donald Gordon Chair of Entrepreneurship and Innovation at London Business School and Professor of Strategy
Michael holds several other academic appointments and is a frequent contributor at corporate and industry events including Davos. His consultancy work extends to numerous multi-nationals and he has worked with the UK Government on the future of financial services, the European Council on innovation and has spearheaded the Redesign Greece initiative. Research interests include strategy in changing environments, industry evolution and profit migration and business model changes. Michael is also Academic Advisor to the Boston Consulting Group.
Mike Rosenberg
Professor, Strategy, Globalization, & Sustainability – IESE Business School
Mike Rosenberg is an Assistant Professor in the Strategic Management Department at IESE Business School where he lectures on strategy, globalisation, and sustainability. He also serves as Academic Director on a number of the school’s executive education programmes and is author of Strategy and Sustainability, Strategy and Geopolitics and Managing Media Businesses.
