Creating High Performance Organisations

This workbook takes a practical approach to the topic and is based on CRF’s workshop of May 2010. It examines the implications of high performance and poses three significant question sets for members to complete. What is HR doing about performance improvement? Are you improving the individual or the organisation? Do you have robust business and HR processes? Suggestions from workshop attendees are provided, along with a case study on Serco and guidelines. In addition, two contrasting, and practical, approaches are described – high performance work systems and an integrated framework with 35 characteristics of high performance.
