CRF Survey Slide Pack: Strategic Workforce Analytics
Workforce analytics is a fast-growing discipline in HR, with companies making significant investments in systems, tools and people. Some experts argue that workforce analytics offers the potential for HR to become much more business-focused and data- and evidence-driven than has historically been the case in many organisations.
This document provides a more detailed look at the results of a CRF survey that informed our research report - 'Strategic Workforce Analytics'.
The data are available for CRF members to use in support of their work. For example, the data may help you clarify the strengths, weaknesses, and challenges organisations are facing as they build analytics capability, or may be used to support a case for change in your organisation.
