Executive Summary: HR’s Contribution to Creativity and Innovation

Building on our 2012 International Conference in Athens, this research paper explores the particular contribution HR professionals can make to develop an organisation culture that supports creativity and innovation. It also features findings from a recent CRF member survey, determining the HR function’s active involvement in the support of creativity and innovation within organisations.
