Outsourcing the HR Function

This research report examines Human Resource Outsourcing (HRO) in depth, to understand what it is, why it is needed and how best it can be implemented. With contributions from 28 senior HRO executives in the UK, US and Europe and three case studies, independent and objective data was gathered to enable an evaluation of the business case for HRO and its actual performance.
