Post Meeting Notes – Business Partnering in a Crisis
On 16th April 2020, CRF members gathered for Business Partnering in a Crisis, a Zoom Interactive Event. Director of CRF Learning Nick Holley and British Sugar’s People Director, Catherine Taylor, discussed the implications of the coronavirus crisis for HRBPs.
In responding to coronavirus, we need to be thinking and preparing across three time horizons:
1. Survive – in the short-term, how do we ensure our organisations continue to operate?
2. Reset – in the medium-term, how do we reset our strategy to reflect a changed external environment?
3. Thrive – in the long-term, how do we prepare our organisations to thrive when we come out of this into what will be a new normal?
