At a Zoom Interactive Event on 22nd April, CRF hosted HR Directors and experts in discussion on the coronavirus pandemic. In this session, we began to look beyond the crisis, considering the shape and challenges of people returning to work, the ‘new normal’, and HR’s role in shaping the post-crisis strategic agenda. This summary shares some of the key insights from the discussion.
