Organisational Change

Post Meeting Notes: Leading Human-Centred Organisational Change

  • February 20, 2025

Change is no longer a one-off event – it is now a constant for individuals and organisations everywhere. Whilst change is hard, it is also an opportunity to design better ways of meeting people’s needs.

These Post Meeting Notes summarise a two-day residential workshop led by Justin Ferrell, founder of the Professional Fellowship Programme at the Institute of Design at Stanford University (the d.school). Topics of discussion included an overview of the principles of design thinking and human-centred design, the benefits of design thinking and guidance for how organisations can apply design thinking to create organisational change.
