On 21st November 2024, CRF hosted senior HR practitioners for a one day event, Sustaining Employee Wellbeing. Defining wellbeing as ‘how we feel at work and about work’, discussion topics included the business case for investing in wellbeing, the key aspects of effective wellbeing strategies and an overview of CRF’s wellbeing model.
