The Impact of Technology and Social Media on Learning

Using expert contributors and five case studies, this research report describes how learning and technology/social media are changing, along with impacts that have to be anticipated and managed. How organisations best move forward during such change is discussed with the implications for L&D functions, structure, roles and capabilities – as well as others who should be involved.
